以叔丁基氢过氧化物攻击小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞为损伤模型,观察了不同途径云芝多糖处理对小鼠巨噬细胞泡沫样变性和坏死的保护作用。云芝多糖准胃处理的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞能抑制活性氧导致的泡沫样变,并延长生存时间。正常腹腔巨噬细胞经与云芝多糖处理小鼠的血清预孵后,亦表现同样的保护作用。提示云芝多糖的抗活性氧损伤作用并非腹腔注射时直接刺激巨噬细胞的结果,云芝多糖口服具有保护作用。
The mice peritoneal macrophages were challenged with t-butyl hydroperoxide to observe the protective effects of polysaccharides from P. versicolor on foamy degeneration and necrosis of mouse macrophages. The peritoneal macrophages treated with polysaccharides from Coriolus versicolor inhibited the foam-like changes induced by reactive oxygen species and prolonged the survival time. Normal peritoneal macrophages also exhibit the same protective effect after preincubation with serums of polysaccharide-treated mice. Tip Coriolus versicolor anti-reactive oxygen injury is not the role of intraperitoneal injection of macrophages stimulated the results of oral polysaccharides Coriolus has a protective effect.
