我们在某30米直径球壳顶盖工程中,采用了予制装配法施工。球壳顶予制装配是一种新的施工工艺,能节省大量木材。据初步计算,如果采用现浇需要木材400多立方米,而予制吊装仅用10立方米。予制吊装还可大大减少木工操作量,防火,也锻练施工队伍。球壳顶予制吊装的工作原理是,球壳或开口球壳的环向内应力是压应力,径向应力也主要是压应力。当一环圈的予制壳板吊装就位后,采取临时悬空支撑,并在板缝中灌以豆石混凝土,达到强度后,混凝土象楔块
