用系列单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪检测35例APL的免疫表型。表达的抗原及其阳性率依次为:CD33>CD13>CD2>CD15,髓系CD11b、CD14、CD24b、CD61均为阴性表达;淋系抗原仅表达CD2,阳性率为22.8%,且CD2的APL患者DIG发生率明显低下(P<0.05);未发现CD13+者有特别临床意义;CD34+有一定表达,阳性率11.43%,在AML中表达最低,CD34+的APL提示预后不良。
A series of monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry 35 cases of APL immunophenotype. The expression of antigens and their positive rates were: CD33> CD13> CD2> CD15, myeloid CD11b, CD14, CD24b and CD61 were all negative expression; lymphoid antigen expression only CD2, the positive rate was 22.8% The incidence of DIG was significantly lower in patients with APL (P <0.05). No patients with CD13 + were found to have clinical significance. The positive rate of CD34 + was 11.43%. The expression of CD34 + was the lowest in AML. The APL of CD34 + suggested poor prognosis.
