罗马尼亚日前建成一条海底输油管道,把在黑海大陆架开采的原油直接输送到陆地上。这条直径为305mm的输油管道长83km。1997年3月18日下午6时,位于罗黑海大陆架上的海上采油平台开始通过该管道输油,3月20日晚石油到达管道的另一端。该管道每天可输送2000t原油。 罗马尼亚在黑海大陆架建有4座海上平台,其中2座为采油平台,2座为钻探平台。采油平台的年产量为150×10~4t,占罗全国原油年产量的20％。长期以来,开采的原油需用油轮运到大陆。为解决运输难和原油污染问题,罗海洋采油公司建设了这条输油管道。
Romania recently built a submarine oil pipeline that directly transports crude oil extracted from the continental shelf of the Black Sea to land. This 305mm diameter oil pipeline is 83km long. At 6 pm on March 18, 1997, the offshore oil platform on the continental shelf of the Black Sea began to transport oil through the pipeline. On the evening of March 20, the oil reached the other end of the pipeline. The pipeline can deliver 2,000 tons of crude oil per day. Romania has four offshore platforms on the continental shelf of the Black Sea, of which two are oil platforms and two are drilling platforms. The annual output of the oil production platform is 150×10~4t, accounting for 20% of the total annual production of crude oil in Luo. For a long time, the crude oil extracted had to be shipped to the mainland by oil tankers. To solve the problem of transportation difficulties and crude oil pollution, Luoyang Oil Production Company built the oil pipeline.
