目的调查≥60岁住院老人孤独感水平,分析其影响因素,为促进老年心理健康提供理论根据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于中国医科大学附属第一医院对244名无认知功能障碍的≥60岁住院老人进行面访调查。结果UCLA孤独感得分为(42.8±7.47),经广义线性模型分析显示,控制年龄和性别后,UCLA的影响因素依次为:体育锻炼、家庭关系、退休金、邻里关系、吸烟、视力、饮食规律等。结论≥60岁住院老人的孤独感水平中等,个体行为因素、社会心理因素、人口统计学因素及客观健康状况等因素可显著影响无认知功能障碍的住院老人的孤独感。
Objective To investigate the level of loneliness in hospitalized seniors aged 60 and over, analyze the influencing factors and provide theoretical basis for promoting senile mental health. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to interview 244 hospitalized seniors ≥60 years of age without cognitive impairment in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Results The score of loneliness in UCLA was (42.8 ± 7.47). According to the generalized linear model analysis, the influencing factors of UCLA were: physical exercise, family relationship, pension, neighborhood relationship, smoking, eyesight and diet Wait. Conclusion The loneliness of ≥60-year-old hospitalized elderly people is moderate, individual behavior factors, social psychological factors, demographic factors and objective health status and other factors can significantly affect the loneliness of hospitalized elderly without cognitive impairment.
