目的探讨急性白血病(AL)免疫分型及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定。方法采用免疫细胞化学法,使用常规8种CD分子抗体和二种CK分子抗体,测定39例AL免疫表型和10例肿瘤细胞骨髓(BM)转移的免疫表达。结果免疫分型与FAB形态学分型有较高的符合率,也存在CD抗原在淋系或髓系交叉或反向表达。3例AL应用FAB形态学难以定型的,应用免疫细胞化学得到了鉴定。10例肿瘤细胞骨髓转移应用免疫细胞化学得到了诊断。结论应用免疫细胞化学可以弥补FAB形态学对白血病分型的不足,尤其是应用FAB形态学难以分型的AL及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定,提高其诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the immunophenotyping of acute leukemia (AL) and the identification of tumor cell marrow metastasis. Methods Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the immunophenotype of 39 AL immunophenotypes and 10 cases of bone marrow (BM) metastasis of tumor cells by using conventional 8 kinds of CD molecular antibodies and two kinds of CK molecular antibodies. Results Immunohistochemistry and FAB morphological typing have a high coincidence rate, there are CD antigen in the lymph node or myeloid cross or reverse expression. Three cases of AL with FAB morphology difficult to stereotypes, the application of immunocytochemistry was identified. 10 cases of tumor cell bone marrow metastasis using immunocytochemistry was diagnosed. Conclusion Immunocytochemistry can make up for the deficiencies of FAB morphology in the classification of leukemia, especially the identification of AL and tumor cell bone marrow metastasis which is difficult to classify by FAB morphology and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
