一、概述紫铜具有良好的导热性及浸润性,有较好的焊接工作性能,所以烙铁头大都采用紫铜材料。但是紫铜烙铁头存在下列缺点:1.由于烙铁头必须长期在高温情况下工作,紫铜表面很容易氧化发黑,影响焊接性能。2.在工作过程中,长期在高温下的焊料、焊剂对烙铁头有侵蚀作用,使焊接点焊料的含铜量升高,影响焊点的质量。3.经过较长时间使用后,烙铁头和烙铁加热器很容易烧结在一起,往往使更换烙铁头较困难,有时甚至会损坏加热器。4.由于氧化、腐蚀及需经常修锉,所以紫铜制成的烙铁头寿命很短。因此,对紫铜烙铁头的延寿课题都很重视。现将我们取得较好使用效果的试验
