采用搅拌摩擦加工法制备CNTs/ZL114A复合材料,结合差示扫描量热法(DSC)、金相组织(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及力学性能测试,确定了该复合材料的最佳热处理工艺,并研究了CNTs体积分数对该复合材料热处理前后性能及组织的影响。结果表明:复合材料最佳固溶时效处理工艺为530℃×10h+165℃×5h。当CNTs体积分数为6%时,该复合材料热处理前后抗拉强度都达到峰值,未热处理复合材料强度达到230MPa,较ZL114A合金母材提高28%,T6热处理后复合材料强度达到330MPa。
The CNTs / ZL114A composites were prepared by friction stir processing. The best heat treatment process of the composites was determined by DSC, OM, SEM and mechanical properties tests. The effects of CNTs volume fraction on the properties and microstructure of the composites before and after heat treatment were also studied. The results show that the optimum solution treatment time is 530 ℃ × 10h + 165 ℃ × 5h. When the volume fraction of CNTs is 6%, the tensile strength of the composites reaches the peak value before and after heat treatment. The strength of the untreated composites reaches 230MPa, which is 28% higher than that of the ZL114A alloy. The strength of the composite after the heat treatment of T6 reaches 330MPa.
