Architectural concept stems from the concept of “growth ”, embodies the starting point designed for the environment, designed for time and designed for the user. The design of energy-saving technologies based on passive eco-friendly and energy-saving measures combined with active energy-saving measures is adopted. The entire design process is based on strategies and concepts of sustainable building design in order to achieve the goal of zero-energy consumption and low-carbon building. Through the United States Green Building Association LEED platinum certification and China’s green building Samsung certification. The green building technology strategy of the project are: Design energy consumption: 69.4k W · h / m2 per year (40% of the energy consumption of ordinary buildings)
