目的观察综合护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并发症及康复的影响。方法选取2012年10月-2015年5月行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的老年患者120例,随机分为对照组与试验组各60例。2组患者分别予以常规护理与综合护理干预,对2组患者并发症和康复情况进行观察比较。结果试验组术后并发症发生率明显少于对照组,且患者排气时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者,实施综合性护理干预,可预防和减少术后并发症的发生,便于患者康复。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications and rehabilitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from October 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 60 cases. The two groups of patients were given routine care and comprehensive nursing interventions, the complication and rehabilitation of two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group. The exhaust time, ambulation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and facilitate the rehabilitation of patients.
