本文针对滇中地区优质烟生产实际,采用二次饱和D-优化设计,在滇中水旱轮作条件下研究了移栽期、施肥量、留叶数三个因子对烤烟产量、质量的主效应和互作效应;建立了大田生育期、每公顷产量、上等烟比例、平均单叶重、烟碱含量和糖/碱6个指标与三因子的回归数学模型;并在8000个方案中进行模型最优化解选出39个方案供大面积生产应用,即移栽期5月10~15日,每公顷施氮量105~153kg,每株留叶数189~201片时,可满足烤烟优质适产大田生育期115~125天,每公顷产量2475~2775kg,上等烟比例60%以上,平均单叶重8~11g,烟碱含量2%~3%,糖/碱8~12等指标要求。
