目的建立广西地产黄杞叶指纹图谱检测方法,为提高黄杞叶的质量控制提供依据。方法采用Diamonsil-C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,C18(4.6 mm×15 mm,5μm)为保护柱,乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(19∶81)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长240 nm,进样量10μL,柱温30℃,分析时长60 min;采用中国药典委员会组织编制的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统A版(2004)计算相似度。结果该指纹图谱测定方法具有很好的重复性和稳定性,符合指纹图谱相关要求,且操作简便、快速;11批样品指纹图谱可检测出11个相对位置稳定的共有峰,且各批样品指纹图谱与建立的对照指纹图谱之间的相似度均在0.95以上。结论本方法简便、快速而且准确、可靠,可用于黄杞叶的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for fingerprint detection of Huangqi leaf in Guangxi real estate and provide evidence for improving the quality control of Huangqi leaf. Methods Diamonsil-C18 (2) (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column, C18 (4.6 mm × 15 mm, 5 μm) as guard column and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (19:81) The detection wavelength was 240 nm, the injection volume was 10 μL, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the analysis time was 60 min. Similarity was calculated by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee (A) (2004) degree. Results The fingerprinting method has good repeatability and stability, which is in accordance with the requirements of fingerprinting, and is easy to operate and fast. 11 batches of fingerprints can detect 11 common peaks with stable relative positions, and fingerprints The similarity between the map and the established control fingerprinting is above 0.95. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Huangqi leaf.
