本文分析了英语商务信函中的面子管理和身份建构。基于Spencer-Oatey的关系管理理论与Simon的身份建构论,本研究发现:在英语商务信函中,人们通常使用附加信息、委婉表达式和最后通牒等语言策略来促进、维持和忽略人际关系,并分别建构积极的、理想的和独立身份形象。
This article analyzes the face of the business management of English letters and identity construction. Based on Spencer-Oatey’s theory of relationship management and Simon’s theory of identity construction, this study finds that in English business correspondence, people usually promote, maintain and ignore interpersonal relationships using language strategies such as additional information, euphemism and ultimatum Respectively build a positive, ideal and independent status image.
