目的建立表面活性剂中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的离子色谱检测法。方法利用Metrohm 882离子色谱仪,选用Metrosep A Supp 5阴离子色谱分析柱,进样体积20μl,3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3和1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3混合溶液做流动相,流速0.7 ml/min,电导检测器,0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果本法相关性r>0.999,一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的最低检出限分别为0.002 mg/L和0.005 mg/L,相对标准偏差在1.12%~3.35%,回收率在92.4%~103.5%。结论本法具有简便快速,灵敏准确及安全实用的特点,适合表面活性剂中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid in surfactant by ion chromatography. Methods Metrosep A Supp 5 anion chromatography with Metrohm 882 ion chromatography was used. The injection volume was 20μl, the mixed solution of 3.2 mmol / L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol / L NaHCO3 was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 ml / min. The conductivity detector, 0.45μm filter directly into the filter after filtration. Results The correlation of this method was more than 0.999. The detection limits of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid were 0.002 mg / L and 0.005 mg / L, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.12% -3.35% and the recoveries were between 92.4% and 103.5 %. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and safe and practical. It is suitable for the detection of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid in surfactants.
