With the promotion of the market economy, a series of theories such as “Butterfly Effect”, “Matthew Effect”, and “No Interface for Implementation” became the epitome of many merchants, summarizing their own practices and other experiences Learning from this is a good way to further enhance, but “do not believe better than no book ” is also a reason. Among many theories, a theory almost familiar to all is the theory of casks. We used to say “barrel theory ” has two views: 1, the amount of water in the barrel does not depend on the longest plate, but depends on the shortest plate. In other words, if an enterprise wants to make greater profits, the key to achieving greater accomplishments for one person lies in enhancing the weak links and overcoming the shortcomings. 2, if the composition of the wooden barrels of wood can not be a good combination, then the water will flow out of the gap between the blocks. Compared with a team and an enterprise, it requires all members and departments to collaborate and communicate, work together for the sake of overall interests, serve the overall interests and eventually achieve “borderless cooperation.” A mismatched wooden barrel, it is how much water, not the longest piece of wood, but lies in the shortest piece of wood. To make the barrel more than water, not to increase the length of the longest board, but to make up the shortest piece of wood. This is the “Barrel Theory” in management. In fact, the theory of barrel has undergone profound changes in China, especially in the field of management. Its connotation has already exceeded the original definition of the time.
