用ABC法对10例胃肠道腺癌和癌旁组织中12种凝集素受体进行了组织化学研究。结果表明:胃癌中表达的凝集素受体的种类要多于大肠癌;而Glc/Man和GlcNAc特异性的凝集素受体的阳性率高于Gal/GalNAC和Fuc特异性的凝集素受体。从胃到直肠,胃肠道癌旁组织中凝集素受体谱从胃型逐步变迁成直肠型。胃肠道癌中凝集素受体的表达与其癌旁组织有明显不同。癌组织中凝集素受体表达水平的增高和降低、某些受体的出现和消失以及受体分布的改变,间接地受细胞基因的调节。
The histochemical study of 12 lectin receptors in 10 cases of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues was performed by ABC method. The results showed that the number of lectin receptors expressed in gastric cancer was more than that of colorectal cancer, and the positive rate of lectin receptors specific to Glc/Man and GlcNAc was higher than that of Gal/GalNAC and Fuc specific lectin receptors. From the stomach to the rectum, the lectin receptor spectrum in the tissues adjacent to the gastrointestinal tract gradually changes from a gastric type to a rectal type. The expression of lectin receptors in gastrointestinal cancer is significantly different from that in paracancerous tissues. The increase and decrease of lectin receptor expression in cancer tissues, the appearance and disappearance of certain receptors, and the change in receptor distribution are indirectly regulated by cellular genes.
