日本FANUC公司于1980年在5T系统的基础上开发了FANUC 6T系统数控装置。该数控系统是一种软件固定型的CNC,最小输入当量为0.001mm,可以同时采用绝对值编程和增量编程的二坐标闭环控制系统,位置检测元件可以采用同步感应器组成全闭环系统,也可采用旋转变压器或脉冲编码器组成半闭环控制系统。数控装置的伺服机构使用大惯量直流伺服电机,采用晶体管脉宽调制(PWM)方式。机床的各种控制参数和零件的加工程序存贮在不需要采用干电池保持的磁泡存贮器(Bubble Memory)中,最大的存贮容量可达320米纸带长的信息,并带有CRT字符显示。

The CNC system is a software-fixed CNC with a minimum input equivalent of 0.001mm and a two-coordinate closed-loop control system that can simultaneously use absolute programming and incremental programming. The position detection element can be composed of a synchronous sensor to form a fully closed loop system. Also, Rotary transformers or pulse encoder can be used to form a semi-closed-loop control system. The servo system of NC device uses the high inertia DC servo motor and adopts the transistor pulse width modulation (PWM) method. The machine’s various control parameters and parts machining programs are stored in a Bubble Memory that does not require a dry cell battery and has a maximum memory capacity of up to 320 meters of tape length with CRT Character display.
