肺功能不全多见于慢性阻塞性肺气肿、肺心病的患者,因反复咳嗽、咯痰、心悸和气促且活动后加重,下肢浮肿,生活自理能力下降,甚至丧失,需要终生治疗护理,常因感染而加重病情.

肺功能不全多见于慢性阻塞性肺气肿、肺心病的患者,因反复咳嗽、咯痰、心悸和气促且活动后加重,下肢浮肿,生活自理能力下降,甚至丧失,需要终生治疗护理,常因感染而加重病情.长期住院治疗护理,对一个普通家庭来说,医疗费用难以承担.因此,加强健康教育和家庭护理,提高患者的生活质量,就显得尤其重要.现将我院近几年来对50例慢性阻塞性肺气肿、肺心病患者进行健康教育和指导家属进行家庭护理的方法总结如下:
