目的对青藏大戟Euphorbia altotibetica地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从青藏大戟90%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为青藏大戟素E(1)、脯氨酸(2)、corchoionoside C(3)、icariside B,(4)、1-O-(9Z,12Z,15Z-十八烷三烯酰基)-2-O-十六烷酰基-3-O-α-(6-磺基吡喃奎诺糖基)甘油酯(5)、(2S)-2,3-O-双十八烷-9Z,12Z,15Z-三烯酰基甘油酯-6’-0-(α-D-吡喃半乳糖基)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(6)。结论化合物1为新的西松烷型二萜,命名为青藏大戟素E;化合物2、5和6为首次从大戟属植物中分离得到,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Euphorbia altotibetica. Methods A variety of column chromatography techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of 90% ethanol extract of Euphorbia. The compounds were identified as E (1), Proline (2), corchoionoside C (3), Icariside B (4) 1-O- (9Z, 12Z, 15Z-octadecatetrienoyl) -2-O-hexadecanoyl-3-O- (5), (2S) -2,3-O-dioctadecane-9Z, 12Z, 15Z-trienoylglyceride-6’-O- (α-D-galactopyranosyl) -β-D-galactopyranoside (6). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new cedirane diterpene named as Euphorbiaceae E; Compounds 2, 5 and 6 are isolated from Euphorbia for the first time and the rest are isolated from this plant for the first time.
