研究了热处理工艺对Cr 17Ni 2钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Cr 17Ni 2钢经1050~1150℃淬火,300~450℃回火,可获得高强度、高韧性,其中1100℃淬火效果最好。考虑到耐蚀性,回火温度选择300~340℃较为合适。经500℃以上回火的Cr 17Ni 2钢,临界区热处理有高的冲击韧性,能抑制回火脆性,并获得良好的强韧性。对经高温回火的Cr17Ni 2钢,临界区热处理是理想的工艺。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Cr 17Ni 2 steel was studied. The results show that the Cr 17Ni 2 steel quenched at 1050 ~ 1150 ℃ and tempered at 300 ~ 450 ℃ can obtain high strength and high toughness, of which the quenching effect at 1100 ℃ is the best. Taking into account the corrosion resistance, tempering temperature of 300 ~ 340 ℃ is more appropriate choice. Cr 17Ni 2 steel tempered above 500 ℃ has high impact toughness in the critical zone heat treatment, can suppress temper embrittlement and obtain good toughness. Cr17Ni 2 steel tempered at high temperature, the critical zone heat treatment is the ideal process.
