开发了一种适用于锌及锌合金三价铬黑色钝化的后浸处理工艺──Tridur Finish 300。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线光电子能谱和聚焦离子束横切面SEM分析,研究了锌–镍合金黑色钝化及其后浸处理层的表面形貌、组成、厚度以及后浸剂的最佳用量。结果表明,后浸处理填补了钝化膜上的微裂纹,其最佳用量为200mL/L,后浸处理层的厚度约0.2μm;在0.18μm处为后浸处理层向钝化层的转移。中性盐雾试验表明,锌和锌–铁、锌–镍合金出现白锈的时间分别为72h、240h和300h。新开发的后浸处理工艺使锌及其合金黑色钝化后的性能与六价铬钝化相近,符合汽车工业的耐蚀性要求。
Developed a post-immersion process suitable for the black passivation of zinc and zinc alloy trivalent chromium ─ Trüder Finish 300. The surface morphology, composition and thickness of the black passivation and subsequent immersion treatment of zinc-nickel alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and focused ion beam cross-section SEM. The best dosage. The results show that the post-immersion treatment fills the micro-cracks on the passivation film with the optimal dosage of 200mL / L and the thickness of the post-dip treatment layer is about 0.2μm. The post-immersion treatment layer is transferred to the passivation layer at 0.18μm . Neutral salt spray tests showed that white rust occurred in zinc, zinc-iron and zinc-nickel alloys for 72h, 240h and 300h, respectively. The newly developed post-leaching process makes the black passivated properties of zinc and its alloys similar to that of hexavalent chromium, meeting the corrosion resistance requirements of the automotive industry.
