蹲点调研曾是党的优良传统,也是非常有效的领导方法。但在很长一段时间久违了。最近,浙江省委在全省开展了“百名书记下乡蹲点调研”活动,给蹲点调研赋予了新的内涵。很多书记蹲点后说,下基层不容易,蹲点更难:创新业绩不容易,树新形象更难。感慨经受了一次心灵上的洗礼。他们的实践说明,在新形式下蹲点调研仍具有十分重要的现实意义,需要更好地坚持和发扬。
