针对钛合金薄壁件刚度低、加工过程容易产生让刀、振动等问题,采用石蜡辅助加固的工艺措施,通过采用石蜡加固提高工件刚度的方法来实现钛合金薄壁件的加工稳定性。设计石蜡填充钛合金框类薄壁件铣削实验,对实验过程中的振动加速度信号和已加工表面质量进行分析对比,并研究石蜡辅助加固对钛合金薄壁件加工性能改善的作用机理。结果表明采用石蜡辅助加固能够有效提高钛合金薄壁件加工过程中的稳定性。
In view of the low rigidity of thin-walled titanium alloy parts, the process is easy to make knife, vibration and other issues, the use of paraffin-aided reinforcement process measures, through the use of paraffin wax to increase the rigidity of the workpiece method to achieve titanium alloy thin-walled parts of the processing stability. Design the milling experiment of paraffin-filled titanium alloy frame thin-walled parts, analyze and compare the vibration acceleration signal and machined surface quality during the experiment, and study the action mechanism of paraffin auxiliary reinforcement on the processing performance of titanium alloy thin-walled parts. The results show that paraffin-assisted reinforcement can effectively improve the stability of titanium alloy thin-walled parts during processing.
