整形素是一类高效、低毒、内吸性的多用途的新型植物生长调节剂。目前国内尚无商品。1977年以来,北京农业大学研制合成了多种整形素类化合物,并均加工成相应剂型,进行药效试验以探索其在大田作物、果树、蔬菜、橡胶、林业等生产上的应用前景。整形素在桃树上的应用研究,是北京农业大学与河北农大唐山分校共同合作进行的,试验分以下几个阶段:1979年~1980年为试验的准备阶段。1979年在苹果幼树上用整形素 B 和整形素 C、调节膦、矮壮素 A_1、B_9做药效对比观察,发现整形素在控制果树新梢生长上具有独特的作用,其效果显著高于其它药物。按相同浓度计,整形素 C 的活性大干整形素 B。1980年又用相同的几种药剂扩大到葡萄和桃等几种果树上进行试验,均表现出整形素的优越性。特别是在桃
