我们自 1994年 3月～ 1999年 3月收治 385例肺癌患者中有 14例肺功能明显减退 ,肿瘤被切除或经放疗、化疗治疗肿瘤缩小后 ,肺功能基本恢复正常。1 临床资料与方法本组共 14例 ,均为男性 ;年龄 44～ 6 8岁 ,平均年龄 5 5岁。既往均无慢性呼吸道疾病史。患病后步行上 2楼即出现
In our hospital from March 1994 to March 1999, 14 cases of 385 lung cancer patients had a marked decrease in lung function, and the tumor was either resected or treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The lung function returned to normal after the tumor was reduced. 1 clinical data and methods of this group a total of 14 cases, both men; aged 44 ~ 68 years old, with an average age of 5 5 years old.
