近年来,淮北矿区围绕促进职工安全自主管理,创新和加强群众安全、劳动保护工作,做了大量的实践和探索,取得了积极成效,一些做法日趋成熟。笔者认为,创新和加强群众安全工作,实施有煤矿特色的职工安全自主管理和群防群治,是适应现阶段煤矿生产力发展水平、自然条件、从业人员素质状况的必然选择。
In recent years, Huaibei Mining Area has done a great deal of practice and exploration around promoting independent safety management of workers, innovating and strengthening people’s safety and labor protection. Some positive results have been achieved and some of the practices are maturing. The author believes that it is an inevitable choice to adapt to the current level of development of coal mine productivity, natural conditions, and the quality of employees in the process of innovating and strengthening the safety of the masses and implementing the safety self-management and prevention and control of workers with coal mines.
