1.按照经典流体动压润滑理论计算动压滑动轴承的静特性参数,所得泄油量的理论值与实验结果相差甚远。这种理论与实验之间的误差并非由于计算或油膜下游边的弯月面效应等所引起的,实际上是由于经典理论对轴承中的油膜上游边界所作的不合理的假设造成的。本文就如何合理地确定油膜上游边界进行了探讨,并在必要的假设基础上提出了确定油膜上游边界的方法和公式,由此求得了短轴承静特性参数的分析解。
1. According to classical hydrodynamic lubrication theory to calculate the static characteristics of dynamic pressure sliding bearing parameters, the theoretical value of the resulting oil discharge and experimental results are far from. The error between theory and experiment is not caused by the calculation or the meniscus effect on the downstream side of the oil film. This is actually caused by the unreasonable assumptions made by the classical theory on the upstream boundary of the oil film in the bearing. In this paper, how to reasonably determine the upstream boundary of the oil film is discussed. Based on the necessary assumptions, the method and formula for determining the upstream boundary of the oil film are proposed. The analytical solution of the static characteristic parameters of the short bearing is obtained.
