采用超声波辅助法提取鸢尾(Iris tectorum Maxim)叶中异黄酮,运用正交试验优化其提取工艺,并运用自由基清除试验考察鸢尾叶异黄酮的抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,影响异黄酮提取率大小的因素依次为:乙醇体积分数>超声功率>超声时间>料液比,异黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇85%,料液比1︰25(g/mL),超声功率90W,超声时间50 min。此条件下鸢尾叶中异黄酮的得率为15.62 mg/g。此外,鸢尾叶异黄酮对DPPH及羟自由基均显示显著清除活性,表明其具有较强抗氧化活性。
The isoflavones extracted from leaves of Iris tectorum Maxim were extracted with ultrasonic-assisted method. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process. The free radical scavenging assay was used to study the antioxidant activity of isoflavones in Iris tectorum Maxim. The results showed that the factors influencing the extraction rate of isoflavones were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol> ultrasonic power> ultrasonic time> the ratio of solid to liquid and the optimum extraction conditions for isoflavone: ethanol 85%, solid-liquid ratio 1︰25 g / mL), ultrasonic power 90W, ultrasonic time 50 min. Under these conditions iris leaf isoflavone yield was 15.62 mg / g. In addition, iris leaf isoflavones DPPH and hydroxyl free radicals showed significant scavenging activity, indicating that it has strong antioxidant activity.
