近年来甘肃酒泉地区风电装机容量快速增长,并呈现大规模、集中开发的特点。风电大规模接入带来了诸如电网接纳能力、市场消纳、辅助服务、电价机制等一系列新问题。这些问题不解决,将严重影响风电等新能源的健康、持续发展。解决新能源消纳问题不仅需要严格并网标准、加强电网与新能源协调发展,还应尽快制定并出台有利于新能源消纳的配套政策。
In recent years, the installed capacity of wind power in Jiuquan area of Gansu Province has been rapidly increasing, showing the characteristics of large-scale and concentrated development. Large-scale wind power access has brought a series of new problems such as power grid acceptance, market disruption, auxiliary services and tariff mechanism. If these problems are not solved, it will seriously affect the health and sustainable development of new energy sources such as wind power. Addressing the issue of new energy consumption not only requires strict standards for grid connection, and strengthens the coordinated development of the grid and new energy sources, but also formulates and promulgates supporting policies that are conducive to the consumption of new energy as soon as possible.
