Ascher等(1974)合成了一系列碱式氨基苯甲醛衍生物,在小鼠及仓鼠的实验中,发现化学结构为的R_1-位置取代的衍生物对曼氏血吸虫有强烈的杀灭作用。在近110种化合物中,2-氯-4-(1)-哌嗪-苄叉连氮(80647)口喂小鼠的杀虫作用较其他途径给药为强。
Ascher et al. (1974) synthesized a series of basic aminobenzaldehyde derivatives. In the experiments of mice and hamsters, it was found that the chemically substituted R 1 -substituted derivatives have a strong killing effect on Schistosoma mansoni. Among nearly 110 compounds, the insecticidal effect of 2-chloro-4- (1) -piperazine-benzethonium (80647) fed mice was stronger than that of other routes.
