：
鼻泪管阻塞的治疗至今尚无理想方法。丝裂霉素(Mifomycinc MMC)问世以来 ,抗瘢痕化、抑制成纤维细胞增殖的效果迅速被人们认识并很快应用于青光眼滤过术和翼状胬肉切除术中。
