目的:探讨促进肿瘤转移因子Twist和抑制肿瘤转移因子KiSS-1在宫颈鳞癌发生发展中的作用及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envison法检测12例对照组,20例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及47例宫颈鳞癌(SCC)患者组织中Twist和KiSS-1的表达情况,分析二者的表达与SCC患者各临床病理因素的相关性及其对SCC患者预后的影响。结果:1Twist在对照组、高级别CIN组及SCC组中的阳性表达有逐渐增高的趋势,KiSS-1在对照组、高级别CIN组及SCC组中的阳性表达有逐渐减少的趋势,Twist和KiSS-1的阳性表达率3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但Twist和KiSS-1的阳性表达率在对照组与高级别CIN组两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组、高级别CIN组分别与SCC组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2Twist和KiSS-1的表达在SCC患者各临床病理学特征差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3Twist和KiSS-1在SCC组织中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。4单因素及多因素分析显示Twist及KiSS-1的表达不是SCC患者预后的独立危险因素(P>0.05)。结论:Twist可能是促进SCC形成的因素之一,而KiSS-1可能是抑制SCC的发生发展因素,但二者在SCC的发生发展过程无相互作用。Twist、KiSS-1可能与SCC远处转移及患者预后无关。
Objective: To investigate the role and significance of promoting tumor metastasis factor Twist and inhibiting the tumor metastasis factor KiSS-1 in the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of Twist and KiSS-1 in 12 cases of control group, 20 cases of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 47 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) were detected by immunohistochemistry Envison method. The correlation between the expression of SCC and clinicopathological parameters in SCC patients and the prognosis of SCC patients. Results: The positive expression of 1Twist in the control group, high-grade CIN group and SCC group showed a gradually increasing trend. The positive expression of KiSS-1 in the control group, high-grade CIN group and SCC group showed a decreasing trend. Twist and The positive expression rate of KiSS-1 in three groups showed significant difference (P <0.05). However, the positive rates of Twist and KiSS-1 in the control group and the high-grade CIN group were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The differences between the control group and the high-grade CIN group and the SCC group were Statistical significance (P <0.05). The expression of 2Twist and KiSS-1 in SCC patients showed no significant difference in clinicopathological features (P> 0.05). There was no correlation between 3Twist and KiSS-1 expression in SCC (P> 0.05). 4 Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the expression of Twist and KiSS-1 were not independent risk factors for prognosis in patients with SCC (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Twist may be one of the factors that promote the formation of SCC. However, KiSS-1 may be the factor that inhibits the occurrence and development of SCC. However, there is no interaction between the two and the occurrence and development of SCC. Twist and KiSS-1 may not be related to the distant metastasis of SCC and the prognosis of patients.
