鲩鱼(草鱼)增产潜力大,培育足够数量的大规格鲩种是提高塘鱼产量的重要措施。然而,当前面临的问题是饲料不足。以南海县为例,每年仅培育鱼种就需要60—70万斤精饲料。因此,如何“以粗代精”广辟饲料来源,有效地解决培育鱼种饲料不足是当前提高养鱼产量的重要研究课题。中山糖厂等从1971年起利用造纸废料蔗糠,经过蒸煮、磨浆、酶解糖化、发酵过滤脱水等工序,通过分解纤维素霉菌EA-867和合成蛋白质的白地霉菌种的协同作用,把纤维素转化为糖,再转化为蛋白质,制成酶纤饲料(表1)。

Therefore, how to “widen the source of feed” and how to effectively solve the problem of inadequate feed for cultivating fish species are important research topics for raising the fish production. Since 1971, Zhongshan Sugar Mill and other companies have made use of papermaking waste cane bran, through the process of cooking, refining, saccharification, fermentation and filtration dehydration, through the synergistic effect of cellulose mold EA-867 and white mold fungi which synthesize protein, Cellulose into sugar, and then converted into protein, made of enzyme fiber feed (Table 1).
