水煤浆燃烧技术主要包括两种:水煤浆雾化-悬浮燃烧技术和水煤浆流化床燃烧技术。以上两种水煤浆燃烧技术在胜利油田均有运行的实例。文章比较了两种燃烧技术的优劣,水煤浆流化床燃烧技术实现了水煤浆的低温燃烧,解决了水煤浆雾化-悬浮燃烧带来的易于结焦、运行不稳定等问题,同时抑制了热力型NOX的生成与排放,系统简单,成本低,具有较多的优势。文章推荐水煤浆流化床燃烧技术。
Coal-water slurry combustion technology includes two kinds: coal-water slurry atomization - suspension combustion technology and coal-water slurry fluidized bed combustion technology. The two coal-water slurry combustion technology in Shengli Oilfield have examples of operation. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of two combustion technologies are compared. Coal-water slurry fluidized bed combustion technology realizes the low-temperature combustion of coal-water slurry and solves the problems of easy coking and unstable operation brought by atomization-suspension combustion of coal-water slurry. At the same time, the generation and emission of heat-type NOX are restrained, the system is simple, the cost is low, and has more advantages. Article recommended CWS fluidized bed combustion technology.
