超声波法进行钻孔灌注桩无破损检验,经过郑州黄河公路桥等300多根桩的实践,证明能为判断桩身混凝土缺陷(蜂窝、夹泥断层等)提供可靠依据。若能将该方法用于评估桩身混凝土的强度,对工程质量的全面控制更有重要作用。国内外的许多研究对超声法评判混凝土强度的问题有不同的意见,足见问题比较复杂。现将我们结合郑州黄河公路大桥中段工程试验研究结果,就声速与强度、声速与龄期、工程桩强度评估、钻孔桩混凝土强度的离散性等问题分析整理于后,粗浅结果,仅供参考。
