在我国,戏剧文学课程的开设始于1925年北京艺专戏剧系;戏剧文学专业的开设始于1929年广东戏剧研究所附设的戏剧学校;戏剧文学系的创建始于1935年南京国立剧校。50年代以来在苏联发达的戏剧教育影响下,我国的戏文系教学早已成熟,形成完善的体系。要在一个完善定型的体系下变革创新是需要勇气和智慧,需要付出心血,需要承受阻力和风险的。中央戏剧学院戏文系开办编导本科班就是这样一种新的开拓。一、让戏文系真正成为培养剧作家的摇篮
