唯物辩证法告诉我们:伟大的实践,必须要有伟大的理论作指导,伟大的理论又在伟大的实践中不断得到检验与升华。要想取得预期的实践效果,必须深入研究和领会理论的真正内涵,否则,就会失去指导功能,必然南辕北辙,至少也是事倍功半。企业管理尤为如此。笔者就自己在企业管理培训中的亲身实践,针对培养“学习型员工”、构建“学习型企业”的培训主题,对“学习型组织”理论中“自我超越”如何运用于企业的培训做了一点力所能及的尝试,以期抛砖引玉。
