DNA甲基化是基因调节的主要修饰方式,包括消化系肿瘤在内的各种肿瘤的发生与甲基化的紊乱有密切关系。作者曾在本刊综述甲基化研究的方法及消化系肿瘤的癌基因和总基因组甲基化的变化。本文则着重叙述抑癌基因的甲基化紊乱情况和简述研究基因甲基化的新方法。
DNA methylation is a major modification of gene regulation. The occurrence of various tumors, including digestive tumors, is closely related to the disorder of methylation. The authors reviewed the methods of methylation studies and the changes in oncogenes and total genome methylation in digestive tumors. This article focuses on the description of methylation disorders in tumor suppressor genes and a brief description of new methods for studying gene methylation.
