新经济时代,财务管理的范围更为广阔,目标更加多元化,财务管理职能被进一步细化,财务管理的方法在不断更新。一些企业明显跟不上新经济时代的步伐,存在财务管理应用水平匮乏、财务管理人员专业素质有待提高、制度不健全不合理、目标不明确、管理内容落伍等问题。为解决这些问题,企业应明确新经济时代背景下财务管理的目标,改变财务管理理念,对原有的财务管理体系进行创新,完善各项财务管理制度,改进财务管理方法,提升财务人员素质。
In the new economic era, the scope of financial management is more extensive, the objectives are more diversified, the functions of financial management are further refined, and the methods of financial management are constantly updated. Some enterprises obviously can not keep up with the pace of the new economic era, with the problems of lack of application of financial management, improvement of the professional qualities of financial management personnel, imperfect and unreasonable system, unclear goals and outdated management contents. To solve these problems, enterprises should clarify the goal of financial management in the new economic era, change the concept of financial management, innovate the original financial management system, improve various financial management systems, improve financial management methods, and improve the quality of financial personnel.
