衍生模式是产业发展和形成的重要方式之一。本文吸收演化经济学理论、制度变迁理论、建构主义理论及企业家精神理论的合理内核,基于历史演进的重要性、满意决策、企业家精神、衍生发展的动力、积极的建构主义等理论假说,型构了基于异质性人力资本主导的企业家精神为内核的整合视角的衍生模式概念模型,理论化、规范化阐述了产业衍生发展的机理,最后以北京中关村产业衍生发展为例进行了案例阐释。
Derivative model is one of the important ways of industrial development and formation. This article absorbs the reasonable core of evolutionary economics theory, institutional change theory, constructivism theory and entrepreneurship theory, based on the theoretical hypothesis of the importance of historical evolution, satisfaction decision-making, entrepreneurial spirit, motivation of derivative development and positive constructivism, Based on the derivative model conceptual model based on heterogeneous human capital-led entrepreneurial spirit as the core, this paper expounds the mechanism of industrial derivative development theoretically and formally. Finally, the case study of Beijing Zhongguancun’s industrial derivative development is taken as an example .
