目的探讨中文版儿童青少年生存质量自评量表Peds QL 4.0在流动儿童中的适用性,为量表的推广使用提供理论依据。方法抽样调查2014年10~11月绍兴市2所农民工子弟学校的856名流动儿童,采用中文版Peds QL 4.0自评量表测量流动儿童的健康状况。结果除学校表现维度外,Peds QL 4.0量表其他3个维度和总量表的Cronbach’s a系数均高于0.700,4个维度的α系数均大于其他维度的相关系数,提取的6个公因子共解释了57.78%总方差。验证性因子分析结果表明,模型比较拟合指数(CFI)、非规范拟合指数(TLI)均大于0.900,标准化残差均方根(SRMR)、近似误差均方根(RMSEA)均小于0.080。不同性别流动儿童生存质量比较结果显示,男生生理功能优于女生,女生学校表现优于男生;而情感、社交和总量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自评学业成绩好或一般的流动儿童学校表现得分高于自评差者。结论中文版Peds QL4.0量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于流动儿童生存质量的测定。
Objective To explore the applicability of Peds QL 4.0, a Chinese version of the Children and Adolescents’ Quality of Life Scale, in mobile children and to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and use of the scale. Methods A total of 856 migrant children in two migrant children’s schools in Shaoxing from October to November 2014 were surveyed to measure the health status of migrant children using the Chinese version of the Peds QL 4.0 self-rating scale. Results In addition to the school performance dimensions, the Cronbach’s a coefficient of Peds QL 4.0 scale was higher than 0.700 in the other three dimensions and the total scale. The α coefficients of the four dimensions were greater than the correlation coefficients of other dimensions. The six common factors Explained 57.78% of the total variance. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the CFI and TLI of the model were both greater than 0.900. The standard residual root mean square (SRMR) and RMSEA of the model were all less than 0.080. The results of comparison of quality of life of children with different gender showed that male students had better physiological functions than girls and girls performed better than boys. However, there was no significant difference in emotional, social and total scores (P> 0.05). Self-assessment school performance is good or general mobile children’s school scores higher than those who self-evaluation. Conclusion The Chinese version of the Peds QL4.0 scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure the quality of life of migrant children.
