利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台构建了一套矿井提升机在线振动监测系统,阐述了在线振动监控系统的硬件组成和软件设计。该系统能够实时显示矿井提升机振动信号的波形图和频谱图,对故障点进行点分析、相关分析和包络分析,获取趋势图、频谱瀑布图、轨迹图、相关谱值和相关相位。利用该系统对JKM-3.25×4(II)型矿井提升机进行监测分析,实验表明该系统能够显示矿井提升机工作状态,及时判断故障产生的位置和原因,实现了对矿井提升机的在线监测与故障诊断。
Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform, a set of online vibration monitoring system of mine hoist is constructed. The hardware composition and software design of online vibration monitoring system are expounded. The system can display the waveform and spectrum of mine hoist vibration signal in real time. The system can carry out point analysis, correlation analysis and envelope analysis on the fault points to obtain the trend map, spectral waterfall map, trajectory map, correlation spectrum value and related phase. The system is used to monitor and analyze the JKM-3.25 × 4 (II) mine hoist. Experiments show that the system can display the working status of the mine hoist, timely determine the location and reason of the fault, and realize the on-line monitoring of mine hoist And fault diagnosis.
