课程设置是实现专业培养目标和培养规格的中心环节,各综合性大学对传统的法学课程体系进行了前所未有的改革,并取得了显著成绩。但课程体系设置与现代法律职业的要求还存在一定距离,因此,应进一步完善课程结构体系,整合法学课程模块,以适应市场经济对法学专门人才的需求。
Curriculum is the center of achieving professional training objectives and training specifications. The comprehensive universities have made unprecedented reforms to the traditional legal curriculum system and have achieved remarkable results. However, there is still some distance between the curriculum system setup and the requirements of the modern legal profession. Therefore, the curriculum structure system should be further improved and the legal module should be integrated so as to meet the demand of legal professionals in the market economy.
