ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ是以季铵为载体的络合碘，ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ是以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体者。采用菌片定量杀菌试验，对两者杀菌作用进行了比较。均以有效碘 １００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对大肠杆菌作用１０ｍｉｎ，对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用 ２０ ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均达 １００％。 ２５％～５０％小牛血清对 ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ杀菌作用的影响较对ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ者大。在５４℃存放１４ ｄ，ＥＤＡ－Ⅰ与ＰＶＰ－Ⅰ有效碘下降率分别为８．８３％与６．７７％。
EDA-Ⅰ is quaternary ammonium complex carrier iodine, PVP-Ⅰ is polyvinylpyrrolidone as a carrier. Bacteriological quantitative bactericidal test was used to compare the bactericidal effect of the two. Effective iodine 100mg / L solution on E. coli 10min, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans effect 20 min, the killing rate reached 100%. The effect of 25% ~ 50% calf serum on the bactericidal effect of PVP-I was greater than that of EDA-I. At 54 ℃ for 14 days, the effective iodine reduction rates of EDA-Ⅰ and PVP-Ⅰ were 8.83% and 6.77%, respectively.
