将铝粉(Al)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)混合压制成型,经弹道枪发射获得速度,并撞击密闭容器内部,通过压力测量获取活性材料能量释放量,研究冲击量对活性材料的能量释放特性。用高速摄像观察活性材料的反应现象。结果表明:冲击力较小时Al-PTFE活性材料与动态冲击力呈正比关系,当冲击压力超过一定值时,即弹道枪发射速度在1 200 m/s以上时,Al-PTFE活性材料能量能够完全释放。
