伴着社会的进步与教育的改革,课堂教学发生了很大的变化。我们觉得现今的课堂教学,应该是高品位、高品质的教学,它离不开教育科研,其中“教学诊断”可以视为最直接、最有效、最快捷的研究方式和手段。学校教学中有许多误区,教师教学中也难免失误,因此学校抓教学的领导,要有一种“教学诊断”能力。如同医生治病一样,“确诊之后,对症下药”。这不仅仅是自觉地抓好教学工作的需要,也有利于促进教学工作沿着健康的轨道向前发展,促进教学质量的提高。
