近年来很重视食物中微量元素成分。其原因是微量元素类似维生素和激素,有很高的生理活性,参与各种代谢、组织呼吸、生长过程、生育、造血和免疫发生过程。很多微量元素同另一些生物活性物质结合,做为药物治疗各种疾病和广泛地用来预防机体微量元素不足。
In recent years, great importance to trace elements in food ingredients. The reason is that trace elements similar to vitamins and hormones, has a high physiological activity, involved in various metabolic, tissue respiration, growth process, fertility, hematopoiesis and immune process. Many trace elements combined with other bioactive substances, as drugs for the treatment of various diseases and widely used to prevent the body’s trace elements.
