1.培育豆芽的用具及材料:备好数十个简易木箱,一般内径300毫米、高450毫米,可投放种豆2—3公斤。先在木箱的一侧挨近箱子底部的地方钻9—12个80—100毫米的孔眼。箱底一般有裂缝,只要能流出水就可以了,然后备足红砖(每箱3块)。再备足每箱所需要的茅草(每箱2—3公斤)洗净备用。
