2012推出的股指期货和分类监管举措的实施,导致我国的期货公司趋向于分化。面对激烈的竞争和风险的加重,大部分期货公司都选择提升公司的实力,引进高素质人才来帮助公司渡过难关,但是却忽视了对公司营业部的基础管理,导致在人员和实力都达标的情况下,却不能达到公司预期的发展。本文,笔者主要对我国现行的期货公司营业部财务管理现状作了简要的阐述和分析,指出存在的不足,并根据经验,提出相关的专业性解决方案。
The implementation of the regulatory measures on stock index futures and classifieds launched in 2012 has led to the trend of differentiation of the futures companies in our country. In the face of fierce competition and increased risk, most futures companies choose to enhance the strength of the company and introduce high-quality talents to help the company to weather the difficulties. However, they ignore the basic management of the company’s sales department, The standard case, but can not achieve the company’s expected development. In this paper, the author mainly gives a brief exposition and analysis of the current financial management status of the sales department of the futures companies in our country, points out the existing problems and proposes related professional solutions based on experience.
