目前全国生产小型拖拉机的厂家很多(包括小四轮、手扶、机动三轮),年产量也已超过百万台。随着农村经济体制改革的进一步深化和农村经济的发展,小型拖拉机的主要购买对象也转变为农民个人。拖拉机产品的质量和服务直接关系到用户的家庭经济利益。因此,广大农机户除了对拖拉机的动力性和经济性有较高的要求外,时拖拉机的可靠性和售后“三包”服务的及时性也有很高的要求。近年来,各拖拉机生产厂一方面向内重视生产质量管理;另一方面也根据销售情况,在产品投放比较集中的地区逐步建立了一些委托或自办“三包”服务点。
